Job summary

Vail Health is seeking an Inpatient Behavioral Health Technician to support care at the Precourt Healing Center. This PRN role involves direct patient care, crisis intervention, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a modern behavioral health setting.

The position requires strong communication, culturally responsive care, and adherence to safety protocols. Two years in care and BLS credentialing are preferred, with bilingual Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct patient care experience preferred.
• Crisis intervention and management of acute psychiatric conditions preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including vital signs, daily living activities, crisis intervention, and documentation.
• Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment and assist with treatment plans.
• Document patient behaviors and progress in medical records and participate in team meetings.
