Job summary

Vail Health is seeking a Behavior Health Technician I to join the multidisciplinary team, assisting with patient care and documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role emphasizes supporting a therapeutic setting and effective communication with patients and staff.

Minimum 6 months of direct patient care or related behavioral health experience is required; bilingual Spanish is preferred. BLS certification is required; CPI or related training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care including obtaining and recording vital signs and maintaining documentation.

• Ensure cleanliness and stocking of supplies in patient care areas.
• Comply with OSHA, infection control, and regulatory standards.
