Atrium Health Kings Mountain Behavioral Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide and coordinate comprehensive inpatient psychiatric care for adults, following the nursing process and established standards.

This PRN/part-time RN role offers shift flexibility (days/nights) with a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour, reflecting experience and hospital needs; benefits eligibility varies by status, and opportunities for professional growth exist within our nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Behavioral Health Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience through evidence-based practice and clear communication.
