Qualifications

• A high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications.
• Must possess current, valid driver’s license and maintain Apalachee Designated Auto Driver status.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient supervision, care, and activities services as assigned.
• Assists patients in activities of daily living and in implementing treatment plans.
• Provides supportive contact with patients and maintains compliance with required training.
