Job summary

Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide in-home nursing care in Fort Worth, TX and surrounding areas. You will follow the plan of care, perform vital signs, administer medications, and support patients and families in their homes.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas LVN license, have strong clinical and communication skills, and can manage flexible, self-directed schedules while maintaining high quality care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required)
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the care team
