Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN LVN to provide in-home nursing visits across Midlothian, TX and surrounding areas. You will deliver care per the plan of care, monitor vitals, administer medications, and manage wounds and catheter care. Documentation and team communication are essential.

The role offers flexible scheduling, independence in the field, meaningful patient-focused work, and a steady patient volume. Texas LVN license required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
