Job summary

Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide in-home nursing visits in Royse City, TX and surrounding areas. You will follow the plan of care, perform assessments, administer medications, and educate patients and caregivers in their homes.

The role offers flexible, self-managed scheduling and meaningful, patient-focused work with independence in the field.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
