The role includes cleaning vacant apartments before move-in and weekly cleaning of occupied units, along with routine tasks in common areas according to the community checklist.

The position offers a flexible, as-needed schedule and competitive pay of $14.00/hr. No license is required; background check and drug-free workplace policy apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No license or certification required.
• Positive Criminal Background Screening required.
• Community is a drug-free workplace.
• Familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using the Company Checklist; report issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Clean occupied apartments, respite and guest rooms as scheduled using the Checklist; report issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled; maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Keep laundry/linen rooms clean and organized; daily lint-trap cleaning and weekly area behind washer/dryer.
• Other duties as assigned per full job description.

$14.00/hr | PRN, Unscheduled | AM Shift, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM

Do you take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces? Spring Arbor of Crossville is looking for a dependable PRN Housekeeper to help maintain a warm, comfortable environment for our residents on a flexible, as-needed basis.

The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in as well as to clean occupied apartments on a weekly basis or as scheduled, follow the cleaning schedule outlined for the cleaning of the common areas of the Community, and assure that the highest degree of cleanliness is always maintained.

Areas of Responsibility

• Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using Company Checklist. Report any problem areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Clean occupied apartments, respite and guest apartments as scheduled using Company Checklist. Report any problem areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested by the Housekeeping Supervisor. Keep inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate supply. Report items needed to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized. Clean lint from dryer lint traps daily and clean area behind washer & dryer equipment weekly.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Should be familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuums, spray bottles, and with the safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace, associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year housekeeping experience preferred.
