Ernest Health is seeking a Pharmacist to join Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest in Post Falls, Idaho. This role supports inpatient rehabilitation patients with hospital-grade pharmacy services and close collaboration with nurses and physicians.

The successful candidate will hold a current Pharmacist license and bring hospital experience, with leadership capabilities to assist in overseeing medication processes and patient safety.

Formación

• Current license as a Registered Pharmacist is required.
• Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with nursing and medical staff on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors or complaints.
• Conduct drug utilization reviews and prepare review criteria for medical staff approval.
• Monitor drug therapies as assigned and suggest alternatives as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians on financial risk management related to prescribing.
