Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist PRN to provide vital pharmaceutical services at Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado. The role involves compounding medications, consulting with medical staff, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in hospital pharmacy.
• Completion of a hospital pharmacy residency may be used for the experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical services to all GRHD services.
• Consult with medical staff about drug interactions and patient medical history.
• Serve as pharmacy representative on interdepartmental committees.
