Responsibilities

• Obtain and retain knowledge of cleaning specifications for patient rooms, surgery areas, and floor care.
• Thoroughly clean areas using appropriate materials and solutions.
• Observe isolation and aseptic techniques according to policy.
• Follow infection control procedures and hand hygiene.
• Identify areas needing attention and complete assigned tasks promptly.
• Maintain patient safety and use caution signs as required.
