Wilson Health in Sidney, Ohio is seeking a Full-time Night Shift Floor Care Specialist to maintain a clean, safe hospital environment. This Environmental Services (EVS) role reports to EVS leadership and requires diligent adherence to cleaning protocols and proper equipment operation.

The position involves routine and deep cleaning of floors, operating scrubbers and buffers, and ensuring infection-control standards, with 3rd shift hours 9:00pm–5:30am and every 3rd weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of floor care experience with multiple floor machines.
• Housekeeping/EVS hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of floors (hard surfaces, carpet).
• Operate floor care equipment safely (buffers, scrubbers, extractors).
• Strip, wax, buff, and refinish floors per schedule.
• Maintain and report equipment condition and repairs.
