Agape Hospice Care in Atlanta, GA is seeking a passionate PRN On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team, providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes and coordinating with the interdisciplinary care team.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited Nursing degree, Georgia RN license, current CPR, and have at least two years’ RN experience (hospice or home health preferred). This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license and driver’s license.
• Two years’ RN experience; hospice or home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient computer skills; MS Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support patients and families.
• Demonstrate nursing practice skills with coping with family stress.

Responsabilidades

• Administer skilled nursing care in clients' homes.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referrals.
• Ensure care coordination and documentation aligns with care plans.
