Job summary

Duke Health is seeking a PRN Nursing Assistant I/II at the Hock Family Pavilion in Durham, NC. Qualifications

• Completion of Level I Nurse Aide education program or NC-approved Nurse Aide I competency test.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience preferred; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for procedures.
• Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures.
• Record data for medical records and report changes to RN/LPN.
• Support patient safety and hygiene; observe and document changes.
