• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides speech-language pathology services within the scope of practice and plan of care.
• Evaluates function and assists in developing the therapy plan of care.
• Implements treatment to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive abilities.
• Documents patient progress and communicates with supervising nurse/physician.
