Klarus Home Health in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist PRN to serve patients in the Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding counties. The role involves evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in home health settings.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, CPR, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current State License in Speech-Language Pathology or meets 42 CFR §484.115(n); current Driver’s License.
• One year of experience in an acute care, rehabilitation setting, or home health preferred.
• Therapy skills in line with generally accepted standards of practice; good interpersonal skills; proof of current CPR.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation of speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care plans with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care in partnership with patient and caregivers; document clinical notes and orders.
