UnitedHealth Group in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to coordinate and oversee patients' home care. You will collaborate with care teams to develop individualized care plans and educate families on patient conditions, needs, and care.

The role requires an active RN license in the assigned state, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and 1+ year of RN experience. You will work with clinicians to ensure timely documentation and patient progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in the state(s) assigned.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and liability insurance.
• 1+ year of clinical RN experience; if less, approval by VP of clinical or RN Intern program for <=6 months.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee patients' home care.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate families on patient condition and needs.
• Perform head-to-toe physical assessments and check vital signs.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, or tube feedings.
• Administer and maintain catheters.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Supervise LPNs and HHAs.
• Communicate patient progress to clinical manager, physician, and care team.
