Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a registered nurse to join our home health team in Sylacauga, AL. This PRN role focuses on 1:1 patient care in the home, delivering MD-guided care with independence and team support. You will assess needs, create care plans, administer treatments, and educate families in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; home health, geriatrics or related settings preferred.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and state of residence is required
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance per Adoration policy

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patient and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Education

Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor)

Current CPR certification
