Job summary

Adoration Health in Sikeston, MO is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (PRN) to provide patient-centered care in home settings. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and deliver direct nursing care in patients’ homes, coordinating with MD orders and families.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, independent work with team support, and a pathway for advancement within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited college with current state license.
• Minimum one year of nursing practice in patient care; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance per Adoration policy.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligning with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management; educate and support families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; maintain timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
