Job summary

Adoration Health in Sikeston, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our home health team on a PRN basis. You will deliver 1:1 patient care in clients' homes, create and follow care plans, administer medications, and provide education to families.

You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team and participate in on-call rotations as required by the local branch. Ideal candidates hold an RN license, have at least 1 year of patient care, and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with current unrestricted license in MO.
• 1 year nursing practice in patient care settings; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license, driving record, and car insurance per Adoration policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation per local branch.

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required ; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
