Job summary

ALC Home Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy across designated areas. Pay includes $75 for standard visits and $85 for evaluations, with flexible scheduling and supportive admin help to manage visits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PT license in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of physical therapy experience preferred, especially community/home health.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services according to physician's plan of care.
• Assess and evaluate patient status and progress.
• Direct physical therapy treatment and supervise aides as needed.
• Instruct patient and caregivers in device use and home exercises.
• Prepare progress summaries and discharge planning.
