Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapist Education program.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in North Carolina.
• Two years of experience in adult physical therapy, preferably in home health.

Responsibilities

• Establish measurable treatment goals for patient independence.
