Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure and American Heart Association CPR certification required.
• Two years of experience in adult physical therapy, home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, patient, and family members.
• Maintain documentation of services provided for proper billing.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and aides in patient care.
