Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) for a PRN in-home care role in Lubbock, TX. You’ll provide one-on-one nursing visits in patients’ homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life, with a flexible schedule.

This position offers self-managed scheduling, independence in the field, and meaningful, patient-focused work. Prior home health experience is preferred, and a Texas LVN license is required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
