Job summary

Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a PRN LVN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing visits across Dallas and surrounding areas. You will perform vital signs, wound and catheter care, and follow the patient care plan with support from an RN Case Manager.

The role offers flexible, self-managed scheduling and the chance to work independently while delivering meaningful care to patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license is required.
• Experience in home health is preferred.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
