LiveWell Partners is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (CNA) to provide daily living assistance and personal care in patients' homes according to a care plan.
Pay per visit: $27-$29, processed bi-weekly. PRN shifts, Mon-Fri, 8 AM–4 PM with flexibility. Requires active IL CNA license, CPR certification, at least 1 year of experience, and a valid driver's license with insurance.
