Job summary

Primecare Home Care is looking for a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to conduct required in-home supervisory visits for clients receiving home care services in Augusta, Georgia. This position allows nurses to choose visits based on their availability, focusing on regulatory compliance and quality of care. Candidates must have an active LPN or RN license in Georgia, current BLS certification, and experience in home health nursing. Competitive compensation is paid weekly based on completed visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or home health nursing is preferred.
• Supervisory visit experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicaid and state home care regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct required supervisory visits in clients’ homes.
• Observe and evaluate caregiver performance during visits.
• Communicate visit findings to clinical leadership.
• Complete visit documentation accurately and timely.

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Education

Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license in Georgia

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
