Job summary

A home care service provider is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor responsible for conducting in-home supervisory visits to ensure quality of care and compliance with regulations. This role is flexible and allows nurses to choose visits based on their availability. Candidates must have an active nursing license in Georgia and relevant experience in home care. Strong communication and assessment skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Georgia.
• Current BLS certification and TB screening required.
• Home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervisory visits in clients' homes as required.
• Document visit findings according to agency standards.
• Communicate concerns to clinical leadership.
