Job summary

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks a resident-centered Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will support residents in daily living with person-centered care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address needs throughout their care journey.

The role offers a PRN/flex arrangement and compensation of $55.00 hourly, with benefits and opportunities to follow residents throughout their care on a beautiful campus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.
• Degree and training must meet Medicare and state requirements.
• Experience and ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in a Home Health setting is preferred.
• Experience with OASIS documentation system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, resident-centered occupational therapy to meet daily living needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
