Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a PRN Group Exercise Class Instructor to work at our Fitness Center in Plano, TX. You will lead scheduled group classes for employees and approved participants, delivering inclusive routines and a safe, positive experience.

The role requires 1–3 years of group exercise teaching, national-certification as a group exercise instructor (or equivalent) and current CPR/First Aid credentials.

Qualifications

• Group Exercise certification from a national organization.
• Yoga instructors must have a 200-hour certification.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on training; First Aid required.
• 1–3 years of experience instructing group exercise classes.
• Experience in corporate fitness settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group exercise classes for members and approved participants.
• Provide inclusive routines with modifications for all fitness levels.
• Deliver excellent customer service and a positive class experience.
• Maintain safe environment by following site safety and injury prevention procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
