Premise Health Inc. seeks a PRN Group Exercise Class Instructor to serve employees in our Fitness Center in Plano, TX. The schedule includes 3 days per week with 1-hour classes: Tue Upper Strength, Quick Glutes; Wed Yoga; Thu Lower Strength and Crunch Time.
You will lead classes, adapt routines for all levels, and provide excellent customer service in a safe environment. Certification in Group Exercise and CPR/First Aid are required; corporate fitness experience is a plus.

Weekly Class Schedule is for 3 days per week for 1 hour class each day:
Tuesdays:
Upper Strength | 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
Quick Glutes | 12:35 PM - 12:50 PM
Wednesdays:
Yoga | 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM
Thursdays:
Lower Strength | 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
Crunch Time | 12:35 PM - 12:50 PM
