Job summary

Lorien Health Services is recruiting Geriatric Nursing Assistants for our PRN Flex Pool in Maryland. You’ll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, work across multiple Lorien communities, and enjoy a flat rate of $22.00 per hour with opportunities for overtime and differentials.

Ideal candidates hold a Maryland CNA I (GNA) license, have 2+ years of direct GNA experience, and current BLS/CPR certification. Join a respected provider with a long-standing mission to care for residents.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland CNA I (GNA) license
• 2+ years of direct GNA experience
• Current BLS or CPR certification
• Ability to safely lift 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
• Accurately document care in EMR/EHR systems (PCC experience preferred)
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in long-term care, assisted living, and nursing home settings

Responsibilities

Create Your Own Schedule

Our PRN Flex Pool puts you in control:

• 8-hour or 16-hour shifts


• Minimum of 5 shifts per month


• Must work in at least two different Lorien facilities

GNA Responsibilities

As a PRN Flex Pool Geriatric Nursing Assistant, you will:

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
