Job summary

Lorien Mount Airy is hiring a CNA-I to join our compassionate team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide patient-centered care, and follow policies under the Director of Nursing.

We offer full- and part-time roles with shifts 7a–3p, 3p–11p, and 11p–7a; every-other weekend. Competitive pay in the $20.00–$22.00/hour range, shift differentials, same-day pay, and a strong benefits package including PTO, medical insurance, tuition assistance, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Must have an Active CNA-I on the Maryland Board of Nursing.
• Schedule includes 7a–3p, 3p–11p, 11p–7a; every-other weekend.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

As a CNA-I, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care while assisting residents with daily living activities. GNAs deliver hands‑on support in accordance with established policies and procedures and under the direction of theDirector of Nursing, ensuring dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident.

Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
