Job summary

Cape Fox Concentric Methods is accepting resumes for a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to execute Physical Fitness Exams with professionalism, consistency, and care for the United States Postal Inspection Service.

In this role you will set up test stations, administer push-ups, sit-ups, and the 1.5‑mile run to strict form and timing standards, capture results in a secure field app, and complete two‑person validation with the Site Lead.

Qualifications

• Experience officiating or administering fitness assessments.
• Hold a recognized fitness credential or coaching background.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, clear communication and consistency under SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up test stations to specification; verify distances and markers.
• Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record times.
• Enter data into secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with Site Lead.
• Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
• Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
• Apply no-rep protocols with clear verbal cues.
• Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
• Complete quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance).
