Requirements include 1–2 years medical-surgical nursing experience, telemetry and emergency department exposure, and current RN licensure with BLS; ACLS

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience (required)
• Telemetry Experience (required)
• Emergency Department Experience (preferred)
• Licensed Registered Nurse (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (preferred)
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), TNCC, NIHSS (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients with medical, surgical, and emergent conditions.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care with ancillary services to support outcomes.
• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
• Participate in staff meetings, unit-based initiatives, and quality improvement.
