Job summary

Orlando Health, Inc. is expanding its Emergency Nursing team at the Orlando Health Emergency Room – Waterford Lakes. This PRN RN position requires a minimum of three shifts in a six-week schedule, with hours 7 am–7 pm, at 11898 Lake Underhill Rd, Orlando, FL 32825.

Qualifications: graduate of an approved school of nursing, Florida RN license (or valid eNLC), current BLS, ACLS; 1 year ER/ED experience. Benefits include day-one coverage and education options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• Maintains current ACLS certification.
• 1 year of recent RN ER/ED experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
• Monitors and interprets patient data and responds to changing conditions.
• Documents patient care accurately meeting regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately based on patient needs and staff capabilities.
