Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital in Canton, Ohio is seeking a Clinical Technician for its Emergency Department. This PRN position supports caregivers by providing top-quality patient care under the supervision of an RN and helps create a welcoming, healing environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, BLS certification, and at least one year of recent patient care experience, including nursing students with clinical rotations. Military medical experience is also valued.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross. If you do not hold this certification, you must obtain it during your new hire period.
• Nursing students: BLS certification required prior to hire.
• One year of recent, full-time patient care experience.
• Nursing student who has completed at least one clinical rotation as part of an accredited nursing school program.
• Military experience as a Hospital Corpsman (HM), Combat Medic (68W) or Medical Service Technician (4N0X1).

Responsabilidades

• Provide or assist with patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Report abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to an RN.
• Assist with keeping patients' rooms clean and orderly.
