NK Consultancy LLC is seeking a PRN Emergency Room Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in Des Moines, IA. This role offers single-provider coverage with flexible scheduling, making it ideal for an experienced APP looking to supplement their practice.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Iowa required.
• Emergency medicine experience preferred.
• Current certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS) are necessary.
• Must be comfortable providing single-provider coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide single-APP emergency room coverage.
• Round on a small inpatient census of 4–5 patients/day.
• Manage ER volume of approximately 3,600 patients/year.
• Work alongside general and orthopedic surgery support.

Skills

Emergency medicine experience
