Job summary

Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH, is seeking a PRN Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The role focuses on preoperative assessment, patient education, and perioperative care within a collaborative operating room environment.

RNs will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes. On-call hours apply for select non-business times as part of a diverse, comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Registered Nurse (NH) licensure in state NH.
• 1 year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery.
• Provide patient and family education about procedures and perioperative process.
• Prepare patients including IV therapy and preoperative meds.
• Participate in surgical site verification and universal protocols.
• Recognize and respond to patient emergencies.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in the OR.
• Document patient condition and care provided accurately.
