Job summary

Ramp Health is looking for a proactive PRN EMT to join our Medical Response Team at a construction site in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will respond to medical incidents and promote safety culture through active engagement with crews.

The ideal candidate will have emergency care experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work in a construction environment. Flexible scheduling is offered, primarily Monday through Saturday, to meet site needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency care or occupational response.
• Ability to stay calm and think clearly in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a construction-site setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond immediately to any onsite injury, illness, or medical concern.
• Maintain a fully stocked quick-response bag accessible at all times.
• Provide first aid and determine appropriate referrals.
• Check in with employees post-incident to ensure compliance with work restrictions.
