Responsibilities

• Maintains all licenses and certifications required to hold current licensure and remain employed.
• Cooperates with EMS Quality Assurance and complies with essential documents.
• Offers flexibility in scheduling; may work late, arrive early, and augment staffing as needed.
• Maintains professional conduct, appearance, and readiness for specialty team assignments.
• Adheres to PPE and safety protocols due to exposure to body fluids and chemicals.
• Demonstrates competent patient assessment and basic life support in emergencies.
• Ensures readiness of vehicle, equipment, and supplies; reports discrepancies to leadership.
• Completes documentation per company policy and reports issues promptly.
