Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CLIA-waived or moderate complexity tests preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine in-house laboratory testing.
• Label, process, and analyze specimens accurately.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (training provided).
• Follow laboratory procedures, safety standards and QC.
• Document and report lab results clearly and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by Lab Manager.
