Job summary

Twelve Oaks Behavioral Health seeks a PRN Dual-Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP and PMHNP) to join our behavioral health team. Provide psychiatric and primary care services in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing or NP program completed.
• Board-certified NP with current license.
• Active Florida NP license and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, and mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement Master Treatment Plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor responses.
• Assess physical and psychiatric health and document appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-disciplinary team.
• Provide on-call coverage as scheduled and ensure patient safety.
