Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential or eligibility to sit the CDR exam.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting.
• Educate patients and families; develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Apply evidence-based practice according to diet manual and facility protocols.
• Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to support patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Mentor and support dietetic staff and interns where applicable.
