Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Part Time Dietitian to join Morrison Healthcare in Sikeston, MO at Missouri Delta Medical. The role supports acute care nutrition, with an 8am-3pm schedule on M/W/F and rotating weekends. RD credential is required, and weekend coverage may be remote except when TPN is in-house.

You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy, education, and collaborate with the food service team to improve patient outcomes and support staff development in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• RD credential or CDR exam eligibility
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice or willing to obtain
• Healthcare experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in acute care to improve patient outcomes
• Deliver nutrition education to patients, families, staff, and community
• Apply evidence-based practice in line with the diet manual and facility protocols
• Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives in patient care
• Collaborate with food service management to meet patient satisfaction and service goals
• Mentor and develop dietetic interns and staff as applicable
