Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Monroe, Wisconsin team at Monroe Manor Nursing & Rehab Center.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in OTAS, a current COTA license, and NBCOT certification, with at least 1 year of prior COTA experience. You will implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients on home programs and adaptive equipment as directed by an OT.

Qualifications

• Associate degree completed in OT Aide program is required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification is required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
