Job Opportunity: PRN LPN or RN at Halifax County Jail

Join our team for flexible, part-time and PRN nursing positions designed to promote a healthy work-life balance. Our online scheduling system allows you to pick up PRN shifts alongside your regular part-time work.

Location: Halifax County Jail

Open Position: PRN LPN or RN

Schedule: PRN Days, 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing patient care, evaluating symptoms and progress, charting results, and developing nursing plans within scope of practice and in collaboration with physicians/providers.
• Administering prescribed medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Following established treatment plans.
• Performing emergency interventions, physical assessments, and utilizing critical thinking skills.
