Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a CT Technologist for PRN coverage across multiple offices in Charlotte and south Sarasota Counties. The role requires proficiency with PACS, eRad, and Athena; the candidate will obtain patient histories and present findings to Radiologists.

The position emphasizes accuracy, patient safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting, with responsibilities spanning image acquisition, documentation, and coordinating with radiologists.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from radiologic school; 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training (preferred).
• Ability to handle a high volume, fast paced environment with a pleasant disposition.
• Proficient in PACS, eRad, and Athena systems.
• Strong patient communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Imaging, recording and processing images.
• Obtain complete patient history and informed consent.
• Ensure physician orders are entered accurately.
• Maintain quality control records and daily logs for modality specific areas.
• Provide patient education and compassionate care.
