Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join our Georgia imaging team. You will perform a range of CT procedures, ensure patient safety, verify orders, and maintain high-quality imaging under the supervision of radiologists.

The role requires an Accredited Program in Radiologic Technology, ARRT-R/CT certifications, BLS, and at least 1 year of radiology experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in our fast-paced department.

Qualifications

• Accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT Radiography and ARRT CT certifications required.
• BLS or ARC-BLS and BLS-Instructor required.
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience; CT experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe imaging procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Verify orders, history, and patient identity; ensure contrast safety.
• Operate CT equipment and maintain image quality.
• Assist with department needs and proper documentation.
• Restock, transport patients, and maintain department cleanliness.
