Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia seeks a CT Technologist to perform high-quality imaging and provide a supportive patient experience. You will work as part of a collaborative radiology team, delivering contrast-enhanced CT exams while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

The role requires completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certifications, and at least 1 year of radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology required.
• Certifications ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), BLS (Basic Life Support)

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and capture diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain ALARA with proper technique.
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain rooms and equipment per infection control schedules.
• Verify orders, screen for contraindications, and identify patients before exams.
• Explain procedures and prep using AIDET; address questions to ease patient anxiety.
• Document accurately in RIS/PACS and manage studies and transfers as needed.
